Welcome to our eSIM store. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.
Our eSIM products provide mobile data connectivity for supported devices. Coverage, data allowances, and validity periods are as described on each product listing. We source our eSIMs from third-party providers and cannot guarantee network availability in all areas.
It is your responsibility to ensure your device supports eSIM technology before making a purchase. We provide a compatibility checker as guidance, but cannot guarantee it is exhaustive or up to date.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are displayed in your selected currency and converted at the current exchange rate at the time of purchase. All sales are final once an eSIM has been activated.
Refunds may be issued for eSIMs that have not yet been installed or activated on a device. Once an eSIM is installed, it is considered used and is not eligible for a refund.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to loss of connectivity, data, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
This app uses country flag icons from the circle-flags project by HatScripts, used under the MIT license.
Apple Pay and the Apple Pay logo are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Pay and the Google Pay logo are trademarks of Google LLC. These marks are used solely to indicate the availability of these payment methods, in accordance with each company's brand guidelines.
